POLICY
We at Perfect Scents strive to work within all laws and regulations as set out by the South African Government. We aim to protect both our customers and the business as best we can. We will respect your rights as our customer to make doing business with us a pleasure.
The website is a service to our customers and by using it, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use. If at any stage you have questions or need some clarity on the Terms and Conditions of Use, please send us an email to in**@**************co.za. We will respond within working hours the same day or the next working day.
SERVICE/PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our site is only intended for use by people in the South Africa. We are not currently exporting any products.
Although we regulate our stock levels, products might become unavailable at short notice.
BY PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH OUR SITE, YOU WARRANT THAT:
1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
2. After placing an order online, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes as an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms product availability and courier cost based on the information provided by you.
3. Acceptance of the quote will be accepted by you by proof of payment. Your order will only be prepared after the proof of payment is received, and dispatched within one to two working days. You will receive the waybill number once your package has been sent.
4. Delivery of our products will be via courier service, as stipulated in your purchase process. We cannot be held liable for late delivery of product by the third party courier company, although we will assist with enquiries and any concerns around delivery. Delivery costs are included in the total cost paid by the you unless otherwise stated when you placed/confirmed your order.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
1. The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted via email, except in cases of obvious error
2. Product prices include VAT
3. Product prices, availability and delivery charges are liable to change at any time
4. EFT is the accepted payment method and proof of payment is required. Please use the banking details, reference number and contact details as provided on the quote.
GUARANTEE
We are very confident that our product is excellent value for your money, as we use premium quality oil and maintain a high standard when it comes to the quality oil we use. We will never settle for oil with a lower quality. You are welcome to contact us at any time for free additional advice and support should it be required.
WARRANTY
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
2. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
COMPLAINTS AND ENQUIRIES
We take complaints very seriously and value our customers feedback as it ensures good client service. We will get back to you as soon as possible, the same day or the next working day within normal business hours.
